Could be late 2027 if they're planning to ramp up codex releases next year but with AoS getting a new edition it's probably going to be a very empty back half of 2027 the same way it was in 2024 with 10th where there was nothing after blood Angels for the rest of the year.

Their durable portion of their army got less durable going into 10th when every other army was getting their durability increased. Prime+paint covers up most of it, just get it "close enough" like I said.I usually trim visually until it looks right, then run my finger over it to see if it catches on the little nub; if it does, cut at it a little bit more, then try to see if it catches from the other direction, doing the same thing until it's smooth to the rest of the surface.

But realistically Skaven wouldn't be like RT/2e at all, and instead just be another half-army list (because they wouldn't ever let you use units from AoS, see what they're doing to Chaos Daemons) that doesn't add anything to the setting other than a shitty cashgrab.
