Welcome to the 1:18th general. All 1:18th scale lines are welcome including larger scales that may work with 1:18th. Post pics of your latest purchases, dios, customs and whatever else you feel like posting. We encourage mixing lines. >>10978332Why isn't Chicken Fried Toys and their Cowboy figures listed with the rest of the lines? >>10976997Why go through ebay? Even BBTS has those suited guys up for $20 a pop and they mark up everything.
>>10978332 welp, looks like BOFS is imploding>>10979039
>>10979141 It is with Dime Novel. I just want that damned Kampus.
Bumperino
>>10980530???
Looks like the thread needs a little first aid.
>>10980245Some NPCs are chimping out about these Russian figures.
>>10981576 Why? It's not like the Orcs are getting any money. They could always buy em and use them for bodies in dios.
first, look at the alternate paint decos for the Allosaurus, Dilo, and Smilodon.
>>10978332Where do I find 1/18 scale food accessories? Trying to make a photo setup and want sodas or something, but I cant find anything online that explicitly states they scale well with 1/18. Any help would be appreciated.
>>10982764It's hard to find stuff like that in this scale since most products out there tend to skew towards 1/12 dollhouse scale. Etsy has a few things I've come across, like these soda cans, but you are going to have to do some work on them yourself. >https://www.etsy.com/listing/1475439549/soda-cans-118-scale-miniature-size-foodAlternatively there are bottles and glasses that you can get from the Ostrich Express crate packs but that's about all I've ever seen. >https://www.tinywich.com/products/miniature-sandwich-figurineThese might be able to be fudged in and just look like large sandwiches
>>10978332which diorama pieces do you guys like using?
>>10983225>Someone saved my picWhoa, cool. Anyways aside from those Uncle Milton crates in that photo, I like to use Tech Deck skatepark stuff from back in the mid aughts when they did real urban locations and the build-a-park pieces. A lot of them make for good walls and floors.
>>10982764If you have a hobby lobby near you, the dollhouse section has small stuff, some of it can pass for 1:18.Also check out calico-critters, I got pots pans, an over easy looking egg, pickle, milk carton. But just take a look hope you find what you are looking for!
Nice a 1/18 scale crocodile
>>10985668He's a bit glossy
>>10983225Aquarium Decorations
>>10985684Nice. Aquarium decorations are a cool idea.
Just picked up one of those flat panel pieces from Empire Toy Works to add to my diorama.
>>10986269Is it worth the money?
>>10986343Expensive for what it is, but good quality, and the paint and weathering looks great in person. I also like how you can combine them and easily move them around. Think I’ll probably get one or two more to expand further.
>>10986998I really do like his stuff and the concept behind them is cool. Not just aesthetic but how he makes the buildings able to fit together in different ways and then inside each other for storage and his philosophy about it being specific for play and not just a diorama. I'd love to buy his stuff but it's something I would really have to save for since it's a bit more pricey than I'd normally spend on a playset.
The Ecto-1 is available for preorder if you want a bustin' vehicle for your 3.75" figures
Just got the notice my CFT cavalry shipped.
>>10988996Weird they made this 1/18, but don't have any 1/18 scale Busters.
>>10985671He's just wet
>>10989173They're coming out with some aren't they? I think there 5poa though. But it is weird to put this out before the figures
>>10989190>5poa so they won't actually be able to be posed in the Ectofucking why?
>>10988996I mean, I already got the transformer ecto-1 that's fucking huge.
>>10989228They're o-ring, old school joe style with same articulation but the four pack is $100.
>>10989422Crap, I got cross eyed. Thats the ecto price the four pack is $45
>>10981739Black smilodon looks sick
I have a really good friend. And he really likes O-rings.Don't get me wrong, he currently has 2 H.I.S.S. tanks disguised as furniture...and will buy any Joe.. but he loves them O-rings. I guess we just have to accept people.
>>10989422>>10989424$45 for the pack isn't that bad. $100 would have been insane
>>10989946O-ring toys are fun as fuck, that's probably why. I thoroughly enjoy a simple but stylish figure. Depending on how Ninjas of the Hidden Force, Operation Recall and Callsign Longbow pan out, I may pivot most of my 1:18 collecting to that format.
>>10992730 I have about 4 or 5 that I got from friends. I don't take a lot of pictures of them but they seem to get posed in places around my apartment a lot.
Any good retailers to order Acid Rain figs from that don't take forever to ship out/arrive? I'm in the USA myself.
>>10995968>LIFE FINDSES A WAY PRECIOUS
>>10995965what abrams is this?Looks tiny
>>10996138 it's an old kids toy that was totally wrecked when I found it. It looks okay as a wreck though. These little bastards are great though and I wish they were cheaper. Ali has a big rape-daddy that towers above them but with a strong resemblance. I was thinking about getting one just to boss these fuckers around.
