Probably Transformers Galaxy Force Red Exillion (500 pieces total) boxed for £26, but I don't think it's actually that hard/costly to come by.I'm not sure how many Botcon Sentinel Maximus figures they actually made, but my boxed one cost £64 and I've definitely seen it sell for at least 10x that. It's a truly lovely thing; wonderful plastic colours, a crazy amount of paint applications and TWO very nice new headsculpts. The only negative is that it's the Armada Overload mould which many people don't seem to like (personally, I adore it though)
