I think you're both confused. Anyone who shows me only a receipt or simply hasn't check in with me yet are in the same boat. Proof of purchase is only confirmed when you send me a picture of the gift you plan to send in your possession. Right now that is 13 people which means 13 people participating can't send their gift yet. The the now 5 people that still need to check in with me have not sent me anything so I need to know where they are. People I've seen a receipt from are just waiting for their gift to arrive in the mail. There is nothing else they can do.
