I'm usually not a buyfag for figures this expensive, but I loved this movie. Could some more experienced people tell me if they often go on sale? I can't see myself spending $300 on it but if I could get it for $150 or even $200 I think I'd cave
>>11655496These types of statues rarely go on sale, and thanks to low production numbers, tend to sell out. Sometimes a KO version that's cheaper shows up on the usual Chinese sites.
>>11655496Statueshit doesn't belong here
>>11655496Just give it a week, OP. You'll forget that you ever saw this film just like the other Avatar films.
>>11656058Don't bother with the statue and get the McFarlane fig of this lovely Goth Mommy
>>11656037Rule 2 states "no Japanese figurines."It doesn't say anything about western statues.
>>11656295Didn't know they made them, thanks!
>>11656037There's no board for statues and other collectibles.
>>11655496So, is this the most popular character in the franchise now? Haven't seen the movie yet, but she's pretty much all I've heard about from it.
>>11662999Yes and she should absolutely be the protagonist going forward, she sells torn between two worlds better than anyone else
>>11655496Todd's statues and megafigs (which are essentially staction figures) end up at Ross and other discounters, and his Avatar slop certainly ends up there, so you never know. It's hit and miss. Someone reported his DC Antimonitor megafig for $7.99 at a Ross in Florida but I never saw it in over 10-15 Ross' I hit in Southern California over the month of December. OTOH, I did find some $49 sets of his for $5.99. And saw some of those $149 PVC statutes he makes for about $30 or so, and some movie megafig staction's you couldn't pay me to buy for $7.99. If you have family members, it's best to get them to hunt for you, because even shipping something like to you would only be about $8 with Pirate Shipping.
