Anime Barbie, who copped?

$110 is crazy but she looks really cool
>>
>>11893873
It looks terrible, and her face is intentionally ugly.

That face is fine, the hair is a bit strange, it looks like a helmet, in this one pose, and I don't care enough to go on-line to look for more promotional material or even in-hand images if this is out in the wild.
The suit, yes, does look good, but it looks more like a sci-fi robot, than say 'anime' anything.
And yeah, $110 is way too expensive.

Just remembered I've always wanted Barbie action figures. I remember Elements and some builder doll trying that, but the former memory was back when I started collecting when Marvel Legends was breaking ground

but the great thing about barbie was dressing her with different outfits
>>
Y2K look with that robot pet.
>>

I think the soft pearly plastic looks kinda cheapo, going for just white would have been a bit cooler.

You can remove the armor plates and dress her in normal clothes if you want but that seems stupid
>>
>>11896284
It doesn't really look cheap, just like it's missing some stuff.

>crazy
Anything over $40-60, especially without accessories, is absurd for a Mattel Barbie unless it was a highly limited production run.
And this isn't interesting enough.

Made me think of this game.

Looks interesting - is it?

How does the world of Barbie reach this level of technological potential when they all just play dress-up and sip martinis at the pool?

Probably somewhere in the same universe that the lacey space barbies existed

For that price, you can get a toy robot

For every STEM Barbie who gets all the media attention, there are 2,000 Kens under her employ who secretly tweak the tech whenever she doesn't feel like running proper QC checks. Some even just take the blueprints for themselves in secret and continue to innovate.

They do this not for reward or for glory. Not even for continuing employment, as Barbie takes the credit.

But because they want to. Because they will it.
