The preauthorisation hold caused some lets just say financial strife so to go thru all that and come out with nothing to show not even a conciliatory email so I can start processing the blow and attempt to get some shuteye would be devastating. How can they do this to people? To be candid with everything thats been going on for me and in the world this might end up being the final straw that gets me to rope.
