3 trackers is generally bare minimum for FBT, there are some options for dongles like the mega dongles some people will sell that let you pair multiple trackers to them, or spider splitters that act like a sort of usb hub that let you spread your dongles out so they don't interfere with each other. At the very least it is recommended to use some sort of usb extension to prevent interference.
