Just be a little discreet, try to smoke away from your neighbours balconies as much as possible, don't let the smoke drift into your room either. Also I don't smoke weed in my home country, so my tolerance is low and after one joint I am ok for a few hours - so I am not out there smoking for hours on end. Also in my experience, not many people use their balconies anyway, smokers are in the minority in my experience
