How did they get on the worm?
How did they dismount?
>>
They pretty much already show you in the film. They plant a thumper low on a dune and stand at the top so the dune slowly recedes as the worm goes through it. Paul's mount looked a bit chaotic because it was much bigger than normal. To dismount you could steer it into a dune and jump off the sides so you slide down.

How did they put Jessica's traveling cage onto the worm?

The worm is an allegory of BBC, built for white women to ride. The directors knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they put these things in the film.

How did these people get on I mean - women and a pregnant woman, a whole group together. they have a couple of tents on there for fuck's sake. On guy walks around a bit, fixing her tent windows.
Also they don't show how Muadib dismounts either.

>They pretty much already show you in the film by not showing you. You exit the worm like you would a car, just crash it at high speed then hope for the best

Just all sit on top of the dune and wait to sink down onto the worm's back.

why didn't Muadib do that? Stilgar said not to do anything fancy.

He was a novice who couldn't predict where it would hit properly, and the worm was too big for the dune he chose so it just made a big gap in the top.

You will never be a woman.

The fremen had technology. Is it really that hard to build an airplane?
>>
>>198564823
You pry the worm's plates apart and the Worm rotates to get the exposed part away from the sand
>>
>>198565446
so you do this to steer it once you have alighted at the station and minded the gap, helping pregnant women on and giving up your seat for them

Fuck me how does Hackneuve get everything wrong? They use hooks to lever open a worm segment at ground level, irritating it so it turns and lifts the rider to the top. Lynch and Mini Dune were one billion times better at explaining this.

I'm watching DUNC 2 for the first time. What stops the worm from just going back underground?

Only takes two brain cells to rub together to realize why that wouldn't work on these ones, which is less arbitrary than the prior depictions that boil down to "the worm comes above the surface when I need it to but otherwise stays below". But you are a frog poster.

Anything is possible through Christ.

uhhhhhhh..... the hooks apparently. The rider can open a pore and the worm doesn't like getting sand in his holes, so he turns that pore to the top. if it's open I guess he wont go underground since he might get a little sand in his vagina.

I fell asleep 3 different nights trying to watch this shit and I'm only at the 2 hour mark. The first one was good but this one is 2 hours of jerking off in the desert
>>

Mini Dune is the best, most faithful and enjoyable adaptation.
>>
>>198566894
OP hear, I'm on night number 2. I'm treating like a 3 part limited series.
>>
>>198566907
the mini series?
>>
>>198566954
Yes, it's low budget and wacky but SOUL. Hands down the best Baron.
>>

Odd, the first one was the first movie I have fallen asleep to in over a decade.
