So what did you think?
There was no reason for that one chick to poison the food.
>>198592015Lighthouse scene was spectacular.>>198592349Out of context biased information gave motive to use the poison but accidently targetting someone else, causing a problem with the whole system becuase individual insecurities and mistrust instantly broke down. Great scene and a perfect microcosm of females (and humans in general).
>>198592015Action scenes were good but the story was unimaginably dogshit
>>198592015The manga Is fantastic
>>198592015>weapons are randomized>one guy gets a megaphone>another guy gets a glockThis shit is rigged
>>198592015Solid film. All those chaotic, volatile life-or-death emotions of early teen life pumped through an amplifier and turning literal and visceral. All the hormones, cliques, anxieties, jealousies, loves triangulated, loves unrequited, all brought to violent and gory potency. One of those few cases where the film is just as good, though different, as the original novel.I appreciate getting to see the additional scenes in the DC, but the theatrical cut is superior; if only because the TC ending cuts so powerfully and positively, but the music and plugging-in of additional scenes at the end of the DC takes all the wind out of Shuya's battlecry sails. I don't think the TC exists in HD format, correct?
>>198592015The cookies were delicious.
A masterclass in masterpiece making.
>>198592015Book was better
>>198592015The Manga was better.
>>1985927081. Considering she saw that they fell down a hill together it was totally reasonable to assume it was an accident.2. Even if it wasn't it is completely reasonable to assume he isn't a psycho murderer who will kill everyone. He could have been acting in self defense as they're currently in a death game. He just wants to survive like everyone else. If he is presented a way out he probably won't kill any of them as he has no reason to.3. He's gravely injured and couldn't murder anyone even if he wanted to. Just keep an eye on him.

>>1985930771/2/3: she's a woman who fucked up everything because of her out-of-context bias about the new interloper. Again, a great microcosm of women.
>>198592015it's alright, nobody likes to admit it but the way the game works in the second movie is way more interesting than the original.

>>198592015Genuinely one of my all time favs.>>198592349>>198593077In the novel the scene where she thinks he murdered a dude is more incriminating. There's also that some of the other girls want his dick and she feels they're going to be too trusting of him.>>198593029Absolutely not, the book is a joke. The movie is at least self aware that the source material is a joke.
