The netflix doc was a hack job. I think they are moving ahead with another adaption of the book for prime. The author didnt conclusively prove that the Manson Murders were part of MKultra but he did proves that the trial was a joke and discovered further evidence of those involved in the experiments. Its one of the best books about the sixties imo which is why the limited scope and skeptical nature of the netflix 'film' was so disappointing.
