A daily reminder that "so bad it's good" culture popularized by things like RLM, Sam Hyde, Vinegar Syndrome and Terror Vision is terrible for the soul and one of the tactics they use to demoralize a population.>"Go ahead and consume these terrible movies, it's the cool 'in' thing to do.>"You want to show off your superiority don't you? You're a special boy better than these bad movies. People who make non-Hollywood outsider art deserves ridicule!">"There is no such thing as quality anyway, there is no right or wrong, so you must embrace mediocrity for the good of all."This entire culture is poison for your soul.

My friends and I were renting bad movies back in the 80s so we could laugh at them
Naa I watch them because they are funny
OP absolutely thinks Tolkien and CS Lewis are the pinnacle of Western culture.
>>219378545Doesn't Vinegar Syndrome and Terror Vision post b movies, exploitation and cheap horror and schlock? People have been watching those movies way before you were ever born zoomie. Way before the internet was a thing and way before the popular thing was enjoying things ironically.
>>219378545Sam Hyde isn't very funny, usually most of his jokes don't land, but I still watch him to be cool and hip.
>mom I posted it again
Vinegar Syndrome gave my favorite movie (you haven't heard of it, it's about a used car salesman) an all out bells and whistles bluray that I promise they lost money on. I'll love them forever for it.Late last year I discovered a completely obscure (like 20 letterboxd views) Swedish horror movie (pic related) that blew me away. "Why is this movie so unknown?" I asked myself. Six months later, Vinegar Syndrome has a gorgeous features laden disc. They're great and have done nothing for film fans but serve them. Sorry your Cannibal the Musical release got fucked, your reaction to it for so long has convinced me you deserve everything that happened to you.

>>219378545People should be allowed to express themselves through their art. Grow up, wimp.I was never demoralized by watching goofy movies like Citizen Toxie. It's so funny when the "ban everything that makes my dick hard" crowd comes to 4chan to make a case for more laws and regulations.
