What are your thoughts on James Cameron's Avatar series? Have you seen the third one yet?

Did they ever explain how the humans in the synthetic avatar bodies were able to mate with and pass on their DNA with real avatars? That seems genetically impossible or at least really stupid to me.

If he didn't get full on plot armor being able to move his soul to a new body, he'd just have fucked up her life royally when she's a savage and doesn't know any better but he does.
