Just finished watching The Devil Wears Prada.A technically great movie, but I fucking hate foids so fucking much it's unreal. And her boyfriend took her back in the end.Atrocious.
>>220388574Isn’t she the devil
>>220388574I only watched like 30 minutes of it when I was waiting in my optometrist’s office.A few minutes in the receptionist offered to change it but I was already starting to get interested in it.
>>220388574I'M GETTING FIRED ARENT I??
>>220388574my girlfriend regretted making me watch this movie when i went on a 20 minute rant about how the main character is a whore who cheated on her boyfriend but still got back with him, and how casual sex is demonic and most women are evil and how it's a 1/10 movie just pure dogshit
>>220388574The world would be 0,02% better if HR ladies actually looked like this.
>>220388773You're too poor and esl to see women like this in the workplace
>>220388726All true, but you do have to admit it's enjoyable and well made.
>>220388773It would be 20% better if everyone in HR dropped dead immediately and laws were passed banning the return of HR
>>220388910well made? yes, veryenjoyable? not really, no. maybe if you're a woman
>>220388574Saw most of it on TV about a week ago. It's a chick flick, but was able to enjoy it for what it was. Liked the characters and acting performances because they felt real. The movie can be picked apart a million ways. You can see as a type B personality evolving into a type A and the consequences of being type A or as an exercise of millennial feminismhttps://www.morgothsreview.com/p/the-devil-wears-prada-the-millennial
>>220388928Throw hr post wall post divorce cat women in a ditch and employment rates go 200%
>>220388574> the hr lady when she’s about to fire your ass
>>220388634She's a Harvey's whore
Prada does make nice clothes tho
My main issue with this movie was that it misunderstands what good fashion is and what makes fashion good, but in fairness most of the industry does the same thing. But the actual wardrobe in the movie was also laughably poor. t.>>>/fa/
>>220388574>And her boyfriend took her back in the endHe was moving to Boston and she was staying in NY...it wouldn't work out.
>>220392588The move is also 2 decades old. Are you judging the clothes by today's standards?
>>220388574He didn't in the book. There, she kinda suffer the consequences of her actions.
>>220392667No, I watched it when it came out.
>>220392686I'm clueless on fashion. Seemed fine to me. Only a few outfits looked cheap to me.
>>220388928I am an accountant by trade and handle the HR and finance functions for my org. God I wish we would hire an HR professional it’s fucking awful. People who call HR useless don't know what HR really is outside of memes and sitcoms.
>>220392904HR is a damage mitigation department that also handles some of the dirty work for the directors. Sounds like your company is shit to work for.
>>220388574I started watching that movie, but a few minutes in, I decided to search if Anne went nude it in and saw that she didn’t, so I turned it off and started to pray to our Lord and Savior to help me with my sinful nature and I am now found.
>>220393147Late 2000's were a really awkward time.
