i went to a restaurant with a beautiful waitress frequently years ago.I went because it was basically the only place to go. The waitress being beautiful was just a bonus.Anyway i very deliberately intended to not be a creep and just wanted to enjoy eating there, didn't care about the girl. She was very friendly and charming and i was going through a hard time then.One day i asked her name and she smiled and gave me her name and i thought nothing of it.However not long after that shit started to get weird. She started acting like i was creeping on her and i couldnt understand it. It just got awkward from then on. Until i finally decided to just stop going.So there you go i went to a restaurant and DIDNT do this, same outcome.
It's shameful to admit but I'm a kissless virgin in my mid 30s, I've never asked a girl out for this specific reason. I know normal guys talk about how many rejections you get and you just have to keep trying, but I'm so socially avoidant that the fear of failing and humiliation prevents me from doing anything. As you could gather from being in my mid 30s still posting on 4chan, and being a kissless virgin at that, I've always been a weird and kind of outcast guy. I'm not the kind of guy women want to marry, date, or be seen with. So I could just image the recoiling in disgust any woman (or girl back when I was younger) would do if I asked them out.
Years ago I used to frequent a dollar store and I had a feeling one of the cashiers there was into me and I was into her, we seemed to have chemistry. One day I drove out there, walked up to the counter without purchasing anything and asked if she would like to go on a date with me. She said she wasn't into that kind of thing, I said no worries and left. Haven't been to that dollar store since, wouldn't want to make it weirder.

When I worked restaurants, behind the scenes the older waitresses would give the younger waitresses tricks to do to make it seem like they were into the customer when really they weren't, which can be misleading and dishonest but it leads to bigger tips.>Leaning over the table exposing your cleavage>As you walk away popping your butt out at the guy>Running your hand down his arm>Looking him right in the eye, smiling and leaning in>Doing a little hop before you leave the table to bounce your tits>Bat your eyes>Purse your lipsCan't blame a guy for thinking a girl is into him when that's the vibe she's giving off, but just know that she might be doing it to get more money out of you in that situation and even if she is really into you she might not be into meeting guys at work.
