Only one of those is a bad ending. I understand the sentiment and am kinda pissed about not getting a "V and Johnny integrate personalities into V2.0" but every ending except the easy mode one has some form of hope for both V and Johnny.

Personally I went solo on Arasaka tower and let Johnny have my body. He will get 50+ years out of it. In my view V died the minute Dex pulled the trigger and everything after that was just extra time. Scraping and grovelling around for a cure is a bitch move.

This is cope. The whole point of the game is meant to teach you that there are no solutions and there never was a cure - not in any meaningful sense. Literally every choice you make just leads to more pain, more suffering and more chaos. There is very deliberately no 'good ending'. You can't solve anything. The whole thing is a process of coming to terms with your own death. Dex says it:
