>>222875681It was really obvious this script was patchworked together from three or four different screenplay treatments, and they probably subbed in Punisher for Daredevil after the the Marvel TV red tape got sticky because of Born Again going into active development. It also felt like a waste to make Jean fucking Grey the main antagonist of a Spider-Man movie instead of adapting a new, classic Spider-Man villain.
