As someone who lives in California, it blows my mind how fucking LONG it takes to get anything one.A new bridge? That's like 2 years. Refurbishing an exit ramp? It's been like 3 years and they're not even working on it, they've just got construction tape and a few machines lying around all year. When someone graffiti's a sign or bridge?
