Suletta giving Miorine Valentine's chocolate is cute and something she'd want to do, but I also hold that Miorine's really attentive to couple stuff after how badly she almost screwed up their relationship. Thus, she'd give chocolate too, unless they agreed she'd give some on White Day. (They're following Japanese customs because Suletta grew up on old manga and anime.)
