Someone on the anime staff is going completely unchecked.
>>4562951First she fucks Dot in a tent and now the literal pussy is all over her. What an alpha.
>>4563068Today's episode was wild, the group met a family of impersonators and rather than the obvious choice of the mother being Liko, the father being Roy and the children being Dot and Ult, the mom was Liko, the dad Dot and the kids Roy and Ult('s Sableye). You don't do that by accident.
>>4563071I'm not fully caught up yet but I've seen some screenshots. I'm not sure if TPCI/GF/Nintendo would ever allow their protag to be full homo, but having their cosplayers be married with kids is a bit more than subtext.
>>4563073>I'm not sure if TPCI/GF/Nintendo would ever allow their protag to be full homoYou say this but TPCi/GF/Nintendo would never allow their protag to be full hetero either
In case you missed it the Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave artbook "leaked"(as in someone took a photo of one page of generic units) so the game's probably ready to start its advertising campaign and runup to launch if the art books are already printed.Which is great for me cause I was at the point of seriously contemplating wishlisting some of these FE clone SRPGs that possibly could have yuri in them.
>>4563296Probably August since Nate said summer and every other leak of his from that batch has turned out accurate so far. I bet they'll reveal the date in a June Direct.
why does it feel like May doesn't have as much shipping art with girls from her own game as other main girls do?I think May and Flannery could be pretty fun
>>4563352Because no RSE girls are popular other than May herself.
>>4563352prior to Gen 5, Gym Leaders were mostly one note. 99% of Dawn's yuri shippings are with Cynthia. Even if personally I prefer May x Dawn
>>4563584>99% of Dawn's yuri shippings are with Cynthiaand we're all thankful for that, all pokegirls should have an age gap relationship with one of the gym leaders of their generation
>>4563584>Even if personally I prefer May x Dawnthat's just two mirrors pointing at each other
>>4563352As much as people like stuff like Sabrina/Erika, Cynthia/Dawn, Hilda/Bianca, Rosa/Roxie, etc., Pokemon yuri doesn't really take off until Sun/Moon's Mizulili and then really the unyielding powerhouse that is Gloria/Marnie.Going back to the yuri pixiv rankings posted in the last thread >>4559083https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nzMi_2c0ap0>pretty much just Touhou>then Madoka hits like the Cambrian explosion of yuri>then finally some Nintendo stuff really starts having a presence with 3H and SwSh at the tail end of the decade in their release yearFace it, pre-2010s yurifags basically had KnM, Shiznat, Nanofate and Touhou along with the smattering of yuri series translated into English or even more rarely adapted into animation. If you have to ask why there's barely any yuri art of this or that it's because it came out before Madoka and wasn't in an indie darling bullet hell series.>tfw being a Piltover's Finest fan before ArcaneThen going back to it, by the time we circled around back to Ruby and Sapphire with the remake, people were more interested in pairing May with the Magma/Aqua lieutenants and Zinnia, or Courtney and Shelly with each other. And that was STILL pre-Sun/Moon so you don't have that force multiplier in play yet.
>>4563598>May with the Magma/Aqua lieutenants and ZinniaDon't forget Lisia and, for the Pokefuckers, Gardevoir itself (which was a Gen 3 debut, remember).
>>4563598>people were more interested in pairing May with the Magma/Aqua lieutenants and Zinnia, or Courtney and Shelly with each other.what do guys like more? I think I like May with Courtney but Shelly is also nice
>>4563598Shipping fanworks in general was just a much smaller niche back then. Hell, the internet was a lot smaller, and social media didn't exist. There was some Japanese stuff, but Pixiv didn't even launch until a year after the release of Diamond and Pearl. It's hard to rate the popularity of anything from that era relative to now.
>>4563635In the absence of a japanese art distribution website ala deviantart, events like comiket are where artists would converge to showcase their pieces and reflect the popularity of the characters. Misty has had doujins since the 90s for example, and there's a LOT of yuri stuff for series like Touhou made even prior to Pixiv and the popularity of those pairings proceeded to be reflected on that site afterwards. Meaning that it doesn't matter if Pixiv arrived after the game's release, the pairing's popularity should have been noticeable regardless (be it on pictures subsequently uploaded on Pixiv or the aforementioned doujinshi) considering the next game was still years away just like how Gloria/Marnie dominated the Pokemon yuri scene up until SV came out.
>>4563651Basically, the yuri scene in Pokemon simply wasn't strong enough at the time and the yuri community mostly focused on other series.
