I noticed a lot of games that are updated frequently have strong, straight forward, and short abilities that's easy to use when it's first released, then every update afterward fucks it up. They include abilities/skills that are paragraphs long, requires hoops then loops, very slow, and do the exact same shit as early abilities except it's so much weaker and more annoying to usePot of Greed is just an example, but any game with expansions, DLCs, or live services do the same shit. WoW, gacha, anything with hero class system, even board games aren't safe
Because the more variables there are at play the more likely it is that something trips over something else so they have to get autistic and specific about what's actually being said
