FFXIV deserved to beat WoW for adding much needed QoL features and a fantastic story that were much needed in MMOs. unfortunately it's just not grabbing me as much since I'm stuck on a single character and everything being tied to them makes it feel like a drag. I wish I could make alts with the MSQ completed and my glamours unlocked. XIV is missing that replayability that Wow mastered
