Why do you have rank anxiety? Rank is a reflection of your ability. Just only play ranked unless you're wanting to play a variety game type. Don't worry about your rank, it'll rise as you get better. Most rank systems in most games are rigged anyway and reflect more on playing a bunch of games than playing will.
