Coupe INT/MOB/STR and Punch Up CHA/VIG/STR synergy will wreck any mission together, except for the "no more than X combat" ones. Sonar and Malevola synergy isn't as good because Sonar is always swapping back and forth so you can't mirror them as easily. You've already got Prism for CHA, or Waterboy for INT (later on), or if you need more CHA/INT you can build Malevola that way too. Malevola works better with Waterboy though, you can make her CHA/VIG/MOB and Waterboy INT/VIG/MOB for example to create a reliable low combat duo whenever needed. The only time Sonar is decent is if you've got Phenomaman on the team, because you might actually need the extra INT, but even then you could just give Coupe the INT as well. - For story though? It's a 50/50. Sonar feels like a better villain if you're not planning on forgiving him, but Coupe feels like a better villain if you're planning on forgiving her.
