Aether and Crystal are clearly never opening back up and everyone just travels to those two data centers anyways so why not just make party finder, instances, etc. region wide? There's literally no reason not to.

Consider that the EU was supposed to get a 3rd data center like last summer or so, and they swept the rug with it, and it was never implemented in the game aside from being a temporary one for when DT is released for like just 1 month.
