How do I deal with the large opened up area with 500 djinn and genies in Tomb Varn?

>>726263898It's been a few years; I don't remember the exact layout of the place aside from the fact that it was a pretty big dungeon. I was also playing the mm678 merge, probably with 5 druids with different elemental specializations. I don't remember exactly what I used aside from frequent implosions and that low level water spell that shotguns pretty hard. I just remember abusing corners in turn-based mode if I ever had a problem with swarms.
