The third race is called Jardan, and are responsible for creating the Angarans, possibly the Kett, and the Remnants, which are mechanized AI dudes who just work on the shit the Jardan's made. The Jardan are also the reason the planets are fucked. The doofus is a Kett, who wants to learn the reason why the planets are fucked, but couldn't figure out how to do it. "We" figure it out, and then he gets big mad and becomes the boring villain. He wants to know how in order to turn every planet into a wasteland IF the species do not agree to willingly become Kett.
