Work on The Division.
Like defending areas rather than moving through them as a terrorist.

Like go somewhere, start something. Have flashbacks of action where it went to shit somewhere else. Flashbacks don't matter if you die, you're remembering it worse to prepare for now and excuse your incompetence. Maybe some movies or repeat flashbacks where it's more honest and you failed because you were a fuckup, you didn't act when you should.

Some place you defend now mattering more. Like overkill in the extreme there. More brave in flashbacks. Can tell with some surreal elements.

Save aomegig in flashbacks and try to revive them now.
>>
Could be another story in The Division, like things are normal again and there's some scare, and quarantine is either extreme or careless thinking it's all over, people needing to think it's all over. A bit of both maybe.

Maybe you're on the side of what is spread. Like you've been nice to it and it's come good. Not a bad thing anymore. Not a problem, not causing discomfort.

And want that kept so instead of experiments making it bad or hurting it or enslaving it.

Like more gameplay around avoiding patrols. But getting gear to hold your own if they try to get you.

If it goes to shit you have some nice version of it that's essentially the cure. It going right. Like you and them can lead the way or be the example of how to get along.
Essentially just treat eachother well. Like there's more to things. Like you can pretend eachother are something more and by that it true. You no slight thing as a base.

They should have stuck to the first game's feel.
Not even the "snowy Christmas" part, but the "Everything is collapsing and we're desperately trying to keep things together" part.
The post-apocalypse feel of tD2 just didn't really do it for me.

The agents should have some morally ambiguous government spooks operating in ethical gray areas, but the sequel instead treated them like super heroes....
I thought that there would be a twist later in the game, but nope, they are an undoubtedly alliance of super heroes

6 entire projects gone, all the money spent in those are gone
7 projects delayed, which means more money to spend
layoffs mean limited capabilities for the company
a new restructuring means that more money will be spent to waste time and do nothing

What the fuck is happening with modern corporations? They seem to be all about making money while doing everything in their power to waste them.

they have too many employees like that.
580 million market cap and 20000 employees.
every employee is only valued at 29k
no one will buy that. at best, some offices or remaining IPs will be sold, but Ubisoft itself is finished

Better to have that stuff in game.
I've experienced that, recently. It's a terrible thing.
Being prepped so you have already been through a simulation does help. Not to fall back on or conjure up to lower your standards. Just that you have won before, you're a winner, trying is holding out, sometimes you can outlast the competition in that. Or just refuse bad options as solutions. Like an ending isn't the objective. Doing something great is. Do something great in the moment and you can hold onto that. That your definition that shields a lot of other assertions, from even starting in you. Keeping such as what you are and work with. What you do. What works.
A lot trying to take the position of provider in your life and your world, your love etc yours. You can hunker down, do what you can to maintain what is right as you know it. Even make the options if they don't exist. Make a way out.
Sometimes it's you, not just you doing something expected or not. But you making the waybit all works out.

I actually needed to check this myself because I couldn't fucking believe it. OP reads like rage-bait appended to the truth, but no, it's just the truth:
https://www.pcgamer.com/gaming-industry/game-development/as-ubisoft-struggles-to-get-games-out-the-door-its-investing-even-more-into-generative-ai/
Ubisoft obliterated their value by devaluing their franchises, chasing trends, and pissing off consumers with retarded design decisions like making one of the protagonists of their Japan-themed Assassin's Creed game a black man. Their solution to this is to:
>devalue their franchises with generative AI slop
>chase the GaaS trend that is ACTIVELY costing other developers and publishers millions, tens of millions, and even hundreds of millions of dollars in losses (Concord, Anthem, Marvel Avengers, FAIRGAME$, etc.)
>piss off consumers with generative AI slop, which itself is trend chasing
Forget the fire, this is out of the frying pan, into the core of the fucking sun. Anyone still holding Ubisoft stock after this is going to be left with just enough pennies to afford the fucking noose they'll need.

Are they really this dumb or is this a willful suicide? Why would they do this to themselves?

>>731410732
It's been amazing to watch all the legacy AAA companies slit their own throats with glee. Millions upon millions of dollars and thousands of staff and they can't do what 20 White guys in a downtown warehouse could do without any of the modern dev tools.

>Best selling game in the series sells just barely as much as a standalone AC DLC.
I don't think people understand how Rayman is not a gigantic IP and only the Origins and Legends games managed to sell anything close to several what Mirage did. He didn't even manage to pull people into Sparks of Hope despite people liking Kingdom Battle a hell of a lot and it selling 10 million.

Need games where like The Division (in the Dark Zone) you're doing things fast, like going in and outcompeting the threat there. Rushing in for whatever reason, fighting your way out. Like you have so much faith there is a way in shit has hit the fan scenarios you rush in as their savior.

Keep away from low expectations. Like the "impossible* is your thing. You're what too hard presents itself to. To come out on top, happy every after, some hard difficulty during. The whole scenario quickly forgotten. Enough sometimes that you/humanity won. Like will in any case. Some assurance that it will be ok through some concerns addressed. Many might not care enough but one can, like it's them.

Maybe not something over after. But some way decided. Done for you sometimes too. See if that was right or wrong, or how it could be better.

More than shooting things to save the world. And the world needs a lot of saving. Lot in the world that is the entire world to some.

An attitude of caring is some success if else fails. Like still having a standard that has been lost. Betrayed. And can't be.

Can't be again.

So something new. Maybe it'll be honoured by more, then not really gone either. The assertion so even if true more attack making that the case. Like yours stolen, like it's or needs more than you... does, but like you need to be something that ends. And it too. Pressure for that when that seems perfect. Or aftermath of a kind of that, dealing with and raising some standard, some random and freedom and beautiful, withoutbthe bad. Like another chance.

All that stuff staying.
Journey of being more not over with some struggle that wasn't so good in some sequence. Where you didn't have the magic. Didn't get everyone on side. Didn't make things better. Didn't use potential allows believing themselves friends, didn't let them be that. Let down what they did have in their arsenal which yours stolen or an imitation that is alike yours enough you should care for it.

Find the for.
