It starts with a lot of momentum and gets you swinging a sword around quickly, feels great to do, invested with the story. Then you get to that first boss and it's absolutely rage inducing because of how involved it is, a bit of a tall order to figure out. I was so butt blasted I went online to see if I was alone, and it relieved me to see that there's basically a whole subsection of youtube dedicated to tutorials on fighting this guy lmao, and some of the comments were indicative of the boss being so bullshit people refunded the game. After that hurdle the game picks up speed again, but I got stuck for a while, then I got to the dungeon, both dungeons are well designed and fun, but again I got stuck. Over all the game is a bit hot and cold, but the music, artstyle, controls, and puzzle design all carry me along.
Fucking Clint cucked me out of my cat in Stardew. Guess I'm restarting.
