hops are used to preserve the beer for longer time, beer without them goes bad in a day or two

Scientifically speaking, this trend has broken, and zoomers actually are verifiable worse off than millennials.
Which also officially makes millenials the best generation ever.
>>
>>733518248
low alcohol beer is significantly healthier to drink than soda, anon. You should not be pounding down whiskey or 15% bomb shots, but naturally brewed 5% alcohol cereal grain beer is healthier than jewish corporate soda drinks.

In hindsight the 2000s were a very interesting time for technology. Home computers had already developed well past glass CRTs, but a lot of people still had these ancient machines and dial up connection because owning a computer and being online hadn't yet become such an integral part of daily life. Computers were a tool for work. Only people who were "into computers" were spending big money on LCD monitors, high end processors and GPUs.
Same thing with the transition from cell phones to "smartphones". Even in the early 2010s when the iphone had been around for a few years a lot of people still had phones with sliding keyboards or Blackberry type phones. Mobile internet browsing was still a fucking mess, it wouldn't be years until every website would start redesigning to cater to phone users.
My parents had a Compaq PC with a giant beige CRT until almost 2010. I remember going over to a friend's house around this time whose dad was an Apple nerd and they had one of the first aluminum iMacs. At the time I thought this thing was from the future.
>>
>>733519140
>At the time I thought this thing was from the future.
Because Apple doesn't tell you that inside such an aluminum rectangle was a low end laptop computer that was starved for memory.

I always just goon or shitpost on 4chan when drunk. What games are actually improved by alcohol? Most require motor skills or analytical thinking which intoxication helps with neither.

One fallacy late zoomers and alphas do is thinking that a given technology was already widespread as soon as it appeared. You will probably see people thinking everyone was already watching their movies on DVD in 1996.
Also, I saw some zoomer "tech" YouTubers act like "720p" was a popular PC gaming resolution in the mid 2000s. The most common resolution in the early 2000s, 1024x768 was not too far from it and you had higher end monitors doing 1600x1200, while widescreen monitors in the 2000s were 16:10, not 16:9.

Based. Hoppy beer is literally the result of Christian monks noticing that men who dealt with hops often being more passive and weak, so they started using hops for their beer to make all men weaker and more submissive. They didn't know this then, but now we know that hops are a potent phytoestrogen

Can only drink whiskey if it's made clean, usually expensive shit i'm not willing to spend money on. Most household brands and lower shelf stuff now is full of corn syrup and artificial flavorings that give me horrendous stomach pain if I drink more than a couple shots.
>>
>>733517056
There's Phytoestrogens in Barely itself and like it or not original beer was fermented wild Barely, not oats. Had to look it up figured it would be Einkorn but it's not.
