From the guides I saw you need to have two cats in a high stimulation room with distinct 7 stats and wait until they produce a kitten that has all 7s from parents. I'm doing this but the problem is that this kitten never shows up, the parents never have sex even if they are both straight high libido of opposing genders. Probably his best passive to start out with is the one that lets you hone your held weapon, and then start him out with something with aoe or multihits and it'll never run out. You will always get the "broken paw with no stat check" event on the same spot no matter what you do. You can test this by copy pasting the "start of day" save and reloading it.

Even if you did, it's still too early in the game's lifespan to say, just from that, which classes are the "best." Almost nobody will have unlocked everything for every class at this point in the game, and those unlocks make classes better or worse by diluting the level up pool. And really, this is a shit way of trying to determine how good something is in general. The Watcher is, hands down, the most busted character in StS, but if you look at the Steam achievements more people have beaten the Heart with every other character, because she came out later. Some people will try Tinker once, go "meh" and never touch it again out of complacency. There's a lot of variables like that you can't control for when looking at Steam Achievements, which everyone understands implicitly, which is why everyone who replied to you called you stupid. Both were useless out the box, but I could use the mage to give mana to the tinkerer, letting him get +6 damage on a spitball or whatever, which was actually pretty decent for the early game. Two shit cats meaningfully contributing, just from that. Then, as the run progressed, they both picked up more useful stuff and started doing their own thing. Those classes aren't "bad" because they took more effort than the Tank and Hunter I brought along. They were still very useful by the time I beat the Throbbing King.
