Mage barely has any significant buffs to his basic attack like all the other classes do. It should just be a lobbed shot. Its functionally a melee attack at this point. It's insanely frustrating to be one square short and only have 1-2 damage utility spells in your belt at the moment.

Managed to beat the king with this and the storage locker that trades your active ability levels for items.A lot of the work was done by the Clown Make Up (Triples hat, -3 luck) and the Hunter's Cap (All Stats up for familiars, +1 luck) as the necro rolled beefy leeches and had genetical knowledge of turret construction.

Just got the Signal Amplifier quest. Seems pretty fucked but I am on the home stretch.The most obvious strategy I can think of is you turtle round 1 and then try to play the enemies off each other if you can.Anything else to be aware of?

So far Monk is just a melee Mage for me. Potential for broken builds but usually I just get trash abilities that don't synergize. Confused why people say it's good.

Mage is never getting a buff/skill rework, way too many people think having the potential to be OP and being versatile is just better than being consistently good. It's over. That same people play tank mage and think spending a skill on self healing is somehow good

If a fighter with it rolls merciless it's just a straight up won game.The way it works with Tinker is he will just always craft after moving. He will also always throw a weapon if holding it after moving which may or may not be ideal.It procs on literally any movement, including displacement.
