I swear the entire internet has been on a downward spiral for almost fifteen years. I am legitimately thinking here and I cant think of any way it has improves other than the technical aspects. With AI, increase government censorship and the megacorps trying to make cloud computers that you rent instead of own a thing I legitimately don't think things are going to be getting better either. Things are just going to keep getting worse and worse. Is anyone in this thread able to foresee a better internet five years from now then the one we have currently? Video games have gotten better in recent years exclusively due to the indie scene, I can only hope that will hold.
