Game seems really shit. When you roll, you should decide what character you want in advance and fish for one of their rare skills. The game doesn't explain its systems very well. At a glance, I suspect Terra is actually busted as fuck though because I can confirm that she can infinitely chain skills with her esper form if you want to line that up on a reroll. Maybe that isn't actually worth as much as I suspect though.The game has very poor in-game documentation right now.

For Support Skills, it's pretty easy to check whether or not you'll actually get an increase in stats compared to another. Just try setting it and clicking on the already set skills. A lot of the time, even the skills that are "good" for the character pale in comparison to the rarer skills. Might've been obvious to most, but I didn't think to actually check.
