The early quests all revolve around the shady shit she's allegedly been doing, but after the coronation... nothing. You can now see her at the castle and make her your beloved, but nothing really happens. She is amicable towards you, and there's no secret scheme or subterfuge. The whole thing is just sort of forgotten until you fight the false Arisen right before the Dragon, and even that's just a very short fight where he's unceremoniously just deleted from the game entirely.
