How do I get the last "Reuniting with Comrades" quest for Greymanes? I have literally everything else completed but I'm on 7/8 for that. Apparently the name of the quest is A Rumor in Arboria Craftshop but I'm not sure how to get the quest. I've completed the final camp expansion and did all the commissions available (I'm at 26/27, presumably I'll get the 27th when I get the 8th comrades quest) as well as all other available graymane faction quests with the exception of the refugee one which seems endless. For the main quest I'm in Chapter 7 which people seem to be completing the 8th comrade quest even before chapter 7. Anyone have an idea?

I'm mid chapter 7 on the main story and from what I can see online folks have fully completed the Greymane faction quest line by chapter 7, which is what I'm trying to accomplish. I have seen no evidence of other non-greymane faction quests blocking progress on Greymane faction quests. And up until presumably now they have not. I've done like 10% of the Hernand faction quests whereas I'm at like 95% on Greymanes. Once I have the last rumor I can finish the remaining Greymane things. But either way, even if it isn't true, I can stop fucking off and focus on some Hernand shit just so I have something to do. I don't want to progress the main quest further right now. Wanted to max out Greymanes so I could maximize my resource inflow and then hunt down elemental powers. Appreciate the help!

Main story progress would normally mean that the recruitment quest is available but the Spider Queen quest being incomplete is treating the area like it's been taken over. Arboria Castle is linked to the Craftshop since both of them are on lands owned by the same house. Much like liberating an area will make quests appear in and around it, its entirely possible that the quest to clear out the Castle is the secondary prerequisite for the rumor to appear, while main story progress is the prerequisite to unlock that series of rumors. Much like how the bounties are the secondary prereq for the Castle quest and you also need sufficient progress in the main quest.tl;dr: Quest triggers are weird, man.

However, Pearl Abyss is known for having the most advanced character creator to exist in gaming and not being able to customize your own character does suck a bit. Given the insane scope of this game I don't fault them for not wanting to record every line twice (male & female) and making sure all of the equipable items/armor work on the custom character without insane clipping. I'm hopeful that they'll add the option to create your own custom character with some new content like a boss rush where you replay against all bosses while climbing a tower or some shit like that. Quick swap with unarmed as your sub basically gives you an extender at the cost of 1 spirit. The downside is that unarmed sucks against a number of bosses. Unarmed Heavy attack doesnt hitstun Antumbra at all.
