Kind of like A Hat In Time with distinct, sometimes linear sometimes semi-open levels that each tell a new mini story and have some kind of unique twist, sometimes including a completely different art style for no real reason. At least one level has to be a sex rhythm game. Most levels you can switch between two characters to do different stuff, might be Panty and Stocking, or Brief and Scanty, etc etc, set by level. The currently non-controlled one follows the controlled one and you can do stuff with them depending on the pair, like Panty can throw Brief at enemies, or Kneesocks and Scanty can kiss for a short powerup (if you keep doing it they get lewder until it eventually cuts to a silhouette of them getting in bed together, completely forgetting what the mission was and being a game over with an achievement of shame like looking up 2B's skirt), or Stocking and Scanty can glare at each other for a while for absolutely no gain.
There's also an overarching story loosely tying the levels together but by the end everyone's forgotten who the big bad was or that he even existed and when he does his grand reveal entrance they all just shrug and shake their heads a bit and it gets awkward for a while before launching into the big final boss battle anyway, though his heart's just a little less in it now
