Secondly, hybrids made in a lab and in universe speculation do not in any way confirm that half eldar are possible naturally. Especially when it comes to haemonculi shit. They can bring people back from the dead just by torturing fuckers. The only example of an actual canonical half eldar got retconned out of the setting over 30 years ago, and more recently GW made this retconning even more explicit by essentially reintroducing the character as a full blooded eldar, with the same name and all. Instead of being a librarian of the ultramarines, this eldar is a farseer from Uthwe sent to serve as an abassador/liason to Guilliman by Eldrad. Thus the "concept" of the character was kind of brought back, but with all notions of half eldar shit removed because GW clearly is opposed to the idea of half eldar being a thing in 40k.

Daemon Primarchs are able to respawn, meaning if they show up to a fight there's still a toss up as to whether they wipe out the other side or get killed and sent back to the Warp. Loyalist Primarchs however can't respawn, so if they show up to a fight you're virtually guaranteed that they're going to either win or not suffer a meaningful loss. It's a symptom of MANY named characters now, especially Imperial characters since other factions sometimes have ways to get around death.
