You didn't play Dragon Nest, which perfected the action MMO formula. TERA's is good, though, I won't disagree. But Dragon Nest knew how to make every attack have weight, feel impactful, and also made movement feel great for multiple different playstyles. TERA is hard-stuck on Unreal 3. This was a problem even back when BlueHole was still developing the game: Epic stopped supporting that engine in 2010.
