So there I was, smack in the middle of the Drezen siege, dodging flaming arrows overhead, skillfully maneuvering across the walls. The Commander's army was approaching and I had to make my move fast. Real urban gorilla tactics.

Especially that succubus, she couldn't stop staring. Guess she liked what she saw. Oh and the Queen was there too. She wanted to knight me but I told her sorry, I'm more of an errant. Oh yeah and the Hellknights were there too. They were tripping over each other begging to recruit me. Not a chance.

Together we managed to take the rest of Drezen back. Yeah I was there too. Minagho? Yeah I fought her. It was a tough battle. Saw the traitor Staunton too. I personally took care of him. All in a day's work for a professional.

I had no issue with his character. He’s an assassin for hire, you pay him to do a job, and you’re in need of competent manpower. He’s not there to be your “friend”; you’re fighting a war against demons and victory is non-negotiable. I guess it’s ironic how he’s one of the worst companions mechanically despite being a hyper professional mercenary killer lore-wise; he’s a strength slayer who dual-wields separate types of weapons (one being a medium non-finesse weapon), along with being a dwarf (capping his base movement speed at 20). Camellia was fun but a pretty flat character, Arueshalae I'd have preferred if they had written her more seriously instead of a waifu moeblob.

In Kingmaker I liked Enkundayo, Regongar, Jubilost, Tristian, and Jaethal.
Octavia works as a foil for Regongar, on the whole I suppose the canon party of MC flail man, Amiri, Regongar, Octavia, Tristian, and Linzie is a pretty good set up but in practice I found Linzie annoying, Valerie boring, Amiri felt way to much like a tabletop try hard, Harrim like a guy taking his gimmick too far, Nok-Nok was pure reddit, and the Teifling twins really didn't have a lot of content to say anything about them.
