Kris would probably rather not have her involved since she would be a complication in whatever plans are happening, but Kris gets along with her just fine when they're hanging out in Chapter 2.People have speculated that Noelle getting involved at all would be a problem for Prophecy-related reasons or whatever, but that doesn't seem to be the case based on what we've seen so far. The Knight made the Cyber City Dark World with Noelle probably in the room, knowing that she would fall in and probably even with the deliberate intent to show it to her, so Noelle having some involvement was part of The Plan. Carol also welcomes the idea of Kris visiting Noelle and going to the Festival with her instead of saying "stay the hell away from my daughter as long as you've got that freaky SOUL inside you," so she doesn't seem to believe Noelle is in any danger.

When dark worlds are formed, darkness enters the light world to give it form, so it makes sense that on the other side light enters the darkness to give it meaning. Everything about the dark worlds and its inhabitants is based entirely around what the light world objects are and how lightners interact with them.Chapter 5 will be the first time we go to separate dark worlds in separate areas (instead of chapter 4 being 3 in the same area) and the reveal that it's possible to travel between dark worlds without going through the light world.
