That's the thing, once you the money gets into the household, everyone expects it to be always there and the longer you work, the harder it is to justify stopping. And if you decide you're okay with not working anymore because you're satisfied with your material possessions, they'll get mad. It really does become like rent or taxes. I've been getting away without much issue but it's hard to believe I can start working and then decide to stop.
