Buy old flagship parts instead of overpriced new mid-range ones, and ignore power/heat/noise (or at least make sure they really are valid concerns for your circumstances).For example, I wear headphones so I simply don't care about noise at all.My GPU is a blower 2080ti. It was dirt cheap and still runs new games very well on my 4K monitor thanks to DLSS and 11GB VRAM. It's insanely loud but I don't notice thanks to my comfy closed back DT770s.As for power... if I game 2 hours every day (which I don't), an extra 100W means an extra £17 per YEAR on my power bill. It's simply irrelevant.
