Apparently she's a fugitive with a bounty on her head. The Gnaar Mok enforcers know about it and someone in the big cities are actually looking for her. She's not risking blowing up her cover as a fugitive, if there's a chance of getting away safely and discreetly. If she's ever found out then and only then she would bolt away, it's risky with the blindness, but she would get away from pursuers. Once you got her safely in Gnaar Mok she gave the boots away to you. She's probably she's free now, get a boat from Gnaar Mok and fuck off Vvardenfell and go somewhere Mainland.
