I don't know if it was Ikariam but I remember playing something similar with greek/roman aesthetics when I was little and my father updating me (I guess he made the account with his email so he was notified if something attacked us). Kino times, I miss doing this together

I played Ogame a bit back in the mid-late 2000s until I had all my accounts across multiple universes permabanned for shitposting in a different region's forum.
