The only thing you can't do is pass off exclusive breeding skills, or a few exclusive breeding traits. This means as long as you hit at least once per 6 seconds you can maintain full stacks indefinitely, you don't need to worry about constantly having done 30 hits in any given 6 second window.Also, the buff is applied directly to your active pal, NOT to you. >>743601560If you are playing on default settings you basically never have to at all till near the end of the game with the insanely high exp rate.You definitely should still be putting damage passives/souls on your active squad, but you don't really have to optimize if you're walking into fights 20 levels above the boss. Once you get to doing the hardmode towers or raid bosses you will need to juice your pals with stat fruits, trust and awakenings, but the normal stuff won't DPS check you like it used to unless you are severely underpowered.

Two berry farms should be enough to sustain for the farm and mining pals. Assign one kindling pal to the forge and let automation take its course. The instanced zone is completely separate and won't break your stuff, but you need to sit through a loading screen each time you want a rematch. Since lategame grinding for stat fruits is just beating the shit out of the moonlord 100+ times in a row, it's probably better to not sit through that many loading screens.You should save your 4th base as disposable either way though since a palbox is a easily made deployable fast travel point. It's perfect for when you want to pick up 10000u worth of junk and don't want to walk back overencumbered.
