From moral standpoint, we forve cows pregnant and kill their babbehs to get milk while keeping the parents locked up and productive with hormones etc.. Same with generally keeping animals locked up their whole lives and slaughtering them while throwing like half of the meat away at home.
You can think there is nothing wrong with either btw, some people just find both erong for a reason or another. I mainly use oatmilk for coffee and regular milk for cooking. There are options, but hopefully alternatives get cheap enough for people. Many of them could be affordable already, but you know how corpos work. We both know enough about vidya industry greed so imagine industry that has much more experience with marketing and use of demographics to take their side.
