>>746935234It's less of a creepypasta and more of a urban legend but the ratman in gta IV. I used to explore the subway looking for him. I was spooked too. Once I unloaded a rifle on some random who was just standing there when I turned a corner hobo because I thought it was him.In retrospect I wonder why they didn't include some scary easter egg in the subway, seems like a no-brainer thing to do.
Real Life
I used to believe in that there was a serial killer in GTA SA.I used to spend weeks to chase that dude in the deep forest and found that Ghost Car, I tried every combination and even made CJ stand around waiting to be killed while I helped around the house and took the bin out and playing football outside. I was convinced that the killer was around since CJ respawned in the hospital.I think these rumours like Big Foot, the serial killer or ghosts later made R* dev rethink about these secrets and put them for us to explore in later games.
Undertale/Deltarune's Genocide and Weird route are legitimately written like creepypastas, if somebody described them to you without any context, they'd fit directly with how creepypastas used to be written likeSonic.exe has some interesting games though, I love the ones where the creators actually put some fucking effort in the sprites
