I still don't understand why everyone hates DD2. It was alright. Yes, it had many flaws, didn't deliver much of what was promised, the number of vocations is a joke, but at the end it is a nice way to spend a few hours, isn't this what matters? Also they're giving us some of the cut content through DLC which is huge.

Only when coming back I realized what mammoth of gaming history it really is. Ddda2 doesn't keep the torch lit, despite being fun. Ddda was much more impressive back then.Unfortunately there is still no definite arpg and no definite fantasy world to date.
I'm waiting for Hard Mode to start playing again. Gonna start fresh for the DLC.

You can just rush to Norgan, finish a quest for one of the DLC weapons, and then trivialize the difficulty for the next 40 hours.Unless the enemies scale with you, in which case you might as well just play with CDT or SDT mods because it will be the exact same experience.
